Early Detection
Some cancers can be found early, before they have had a chance to grow and spread. In this section you can learn more about the screening tests that can be used to look for cancer and about American Cancer Society guidelines for using these tests.

Healthy Living

You can help reduce your risk of cancer by making healthy choices like eating right, staying active and not smoking. It's also important to follow recommended screening guidelines, which can help detect certain cancers early.

Treatment
Whether you want to learn about treatment options, get advice on coping with side effects, or have questions about health insurance, we're here to help. We can even find you a free ride to treatment or a free place to stay when treatment is far from home.

Volunteerism
As an American Cancer Society volunteer you can honor a survivor or a loved one lost to cancer, help save lives of people in your local community, and around the world. It only takes a little time to do a lot of good. Discover how rewarding it is to be a volunteer.
